ABout ALec Tucker

I'm Alec Tucker, and I've been immersed in the world of photography for nearly a decade now. As a five-time exhibitor and published photographer known for my expertise in landscape and real estate photography. Over the years I have expanded my horizons outside of landscapes into the realm of real estate photography. This transition sparked a profound appreciation for the art of capturing spaces, irrespective of their size. I’ve now shot hundreds of homes, and worked with some wonderful agents in the valley!

Exploring real estate photography unveiled a fascinating parallel to my roots in landscape photography. The intricate processes of capturing multiple exposures, mastering composition, and many more; are skills I've seamlessly transferred between these two realms.

Today, I proudly operate a real estate photography business serving the vibrant community of Eugene and surrounding areas.

When I'm not photographing homes, you'll often find me embracing the outdoors—running, cycling, staying active and capturing breathtaking landscapes.

How I got into photography

Nearly a decade ago, during my teenage years, I embarked on a journey into the realm of photography. Venturing beyond the confines of traditional schooling, I transitioned to online learning in my junior year of high school. This unexpected shift proved to be a defining moment that altered the course of my life.

It was during my pursuit of credits through online courses that I stumbled upon my very first photography class. From the moment I immersed myself in this new world, I was hooked – an instant connection was formed. Within a few weeks, I made the decision to invest in my own camera, and from that pivotal moment onward, my passion for photography was ignited and continued to thrive.
